Took a trip to the Art Museum this weekend with my little sister and these are some of my favorite images. Being the over planner that I am I truly believed that we could squeeze the entire museum in during her first visit. Naturally, I was wrong…. but we did see a lot of great parts in my opinion. The little rooms are always fun, but my favorite spot to soak up the culture is in the sculpture wing. It amazes me how detailed and decadent each piece is. Another memorable exhibit provides examples of the most innovated Japanese Fashion from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Caroline and I loved how each piece is still relevant in today’s fashion. Overall the trip was successful, over planned for most but perfect for us!
